About the Role
In this role, the Assembler, where you will provide friendly assistance to customers and team members, coordinate with
other departments when needed, and respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person. Additional duties include manage
simple records and enter information accurately, help organize and maintain a tidy workspace, learn company products and
services to better assist others, follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time, support returns and exchanges in
a timely manner, as well as assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery, adhere to safety
guidelines and company policies, work with supervisors to meet daily goals, handle orders, shipments, and basic
