About the Role

SUPERVISOR, FOAM ASSEMBLY TEAM

Supervises team of assemblers, including training, coaching, and giving feedback of overall performance. Creates foam

inlays to be placed in either wood crate or case as a production team member to meet customer specifications for quality

and on-time delivery. Responsible for logging in and out of jobs in Ops Center (scheduling system) and following

production schedules. Responsible for following safety and personal protective equipment requirements.
