About the Role
Pastry Chef Must demonstrate experience in creating delicious pastries, desserts, and baked goods. Must be able to work
quickly and meticulously under pressure. Duties/Responsibilities Preparation of all pastry dishes and baked goods.
Adhere to set recipes and taste-test for quality assurance. Provide exquisite presentation and plating techniques.
Ensure all pastries are uniform and up to standard. Source and select necessary pastry ingredients and discard expired
goods. Organize and store needed tools and materials (food or otherwise). Maintain and count inventory and work toward
cost reduction methods. Demonstrate proficiency in creation of signature desserts and pastries. Stay current and
