Bakery Assistant
About the Role
Assistant Baker An opportunity exists on our highly accomplished culinary team. The selected candidate will have
responsibility for implementing all elements of daily bakery and pastry production providing a high quality, cost
effective in-house product, which complements the menus and adds value to the dining services operation. Qualified
applicants are required to possess 6 months baking experience in full service bakery, restaurant, hotel, store, etc.
Experience in healthy and wellness cooking i.e. fat free, sugar free, low sodium is preferred. Possess or be willing and
able to obtain Food Handlers certification, as required. Additional requirements include: Basic working knowledge of
