JOB TITILE: OPHTHALMIC TECHNICIAN STATUS: AT-WILL/NON-EXEMPT JOB SUMMARY Reporting to the Directors of Clinical

Leadership and Clinical Operations, or the District Manager, the Technician provides essential technical support to

physicians and optometrists to ensure efficient clinic operations and exceptional patient care. This role is responsible

for patient preparation, performing diagnostic testing, maintaining ophthalmic equipment, and supporting clinic

workflows to deliver a seamless and professional patient experience. The Technician must consistently demonstrate

clinical competence, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality, confidentiality, and compassionate care.
