About the Role

Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter / Groundskeeper to help maintain the cleanliness,

safety, and overall appearance of residential communities. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming

environment for residents and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness of common areas including walkways,

stairwells, parking lots, and laundry rooms Pick up trash and debris throughout the property on a daily basis Assist

with light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, minor repairs, and reporting larger issues Clean and prepare

vacant units as needed (trash-outs) Support maintenance team with basic duties and work orders Ensure proper disposal of
