Process Team. This position is responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of the large

area coater system and its supporting infrastructure. Key responsibilities include servicing coater lids,

vacuum-critical components, AC/DC power supplies, PLC control systems, and water-cooling systems. The cathode

maintenance technician is in the coater process department and reports directly to the cathode maintenance supervisor,
