Chiller HVAC Technician

About the Role

Chiller HVAC Technician Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Chiller HVAC Technician will be responsible for the

safe execution of all field maintenance repairs. Including but not limited to planned and unplanned work, emergency

repairs and overall maintenance of Chillers and HVAC systems. CalBio is a data driven company and depends heavily on

mechanical and electrical instruments for success. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure the proper functioning

of all Chiller and HVAC systems. (Carrier, G&D, Johnson Controls, AGT and Cold Shot. Daikin and Bard A/C systems.)

Mechanical equipment and systems daily. Ensure all work activities are captured in E-Maintenance CMMS. Coordinates with
