hiring one skilled maintenance technician with a background in either landscaping or painting to join our team. We

maintain approximately 500,000 SF of Class A commercial office and retail properties in Fresno. This is a hands-on,

all-trades role with real room to grow – not a dead-end gig. The Quick Version: You bring the landscaping or painting

skills. We teach you the rest. You will work on some of the best commercial properties in the Central Valley alongside a

small, experienced crew where your work actually matters. Starting pay is $19/hour and moves up based on how good you
