two years of recent field experience and be able to perform general service calls (troubleshooting & inspecting, major &

minor repairs), maintenance, and some installations * Be reliable and self-motivated * Have knowledge of practices,

methods, and equipment used in the installation of HVAC/R systems * Use and maintain hand tools, power tools, gauges,

and test instruments * Take accurate readings and measurements, and know how to calculate BTU loads. Ability to read
