Communications Dispatcher

About the Role

Dispatcher II AIT is seeking a Dispatcher II! We are flexible on start time, if needed along with extra hours to be

earned on the weekends, if applicable. The Dispatcher II is responsible for overseeing and documenting the pickup and

delivery of local shipments, as well as coordinating and communicating shipment information between drivers and delivery

agents. Responsible for routing local freight, dispatching drivers, performing dock checks, tracking shipments, working

with dock staff members to ensure movement of freight. Timely event data entry of shipment milestones into MyAIT & AS400

tracking system pickup, delivery, obtain proof of delivery. Provide customer service to identify and meet specific
