Job Summary Correctional Supervising Cook, CF – 084-213-2183-007 – located at Corcoran State Prison, Kings County.

Part‐time, 8 hours per week, monthly salary range $917.20 to $1,127.80. Responsibilities Under the direction of the Food

Administrator I/II or the Supervising Correctional Cook, DOC, supervise and train staff and inmate‐workers responsible

for preparing meals for patients in a correctional health care facility. Oversee the preparation and dispensing of

therapeutic diets per physician orders. Ensure staff and inmate‐workers follow all departmental and institutional

policies and procedures, including Title 15, Department Operations Manual; California Code of Regulations Title 22;
