Correctional Supervising Cook Correctional Facility
About the Role
Under supervision of the Supervising Correctional Cook and under direction of the Assistant Correctional Food Manager,
the Correctional Supervising Cook (CSC) is responsible for the production of all meals prepared for the feeding of the
incarcerated person population. The CSC is responsible for maintaining proper inventory, usage controls, recipe
production, and directs and coordinates the meal preparation and clean-up activities utilized in the preparation of
these meals. The CSC is required to maintain order and supervise the conduct of incarcerated persons, as well as protect
and maintain the safety of persons and property. When Post duties allow, the CSC may be directed to provide supervision
