Customer Service Dispatcher

About the Role

Through the reselling of donated items, we can provide job readiness training and employment opportunities to

individuals with disabilities and barriers to employment. Dispatches the transportation department's fleet of vehicles.

Ensures timely pickups, deliveries, and communication between truck and both internal and external customers. Tracks and

monitors the fleet and the flow of product. Assists with the basic supervision of the truck drivers and truck helpers,

but not responsible for any accountability, only direction, re-direction and reporting. Creates the daily route

schedules, makes appropriate changes and updates throughout the day and communicates all assignments to the Truck
