About the Role
JOB SUMMARY: Dispatcher is responsible for, but not limited to, coordinating product shipments and transfers to various
customers and their locations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Work closely with sales staff and customers to
coordinate purchasing orders • Receive, process, and prepare orders for pickup or delivery • Coordinate product
transfers between locations • Coordinate shipments via trucking companies • Provide load requirement information to all
drivers • Complete orders accurately and in a timely manner • Operate truck scales • Complete weight tags, bills of
lading, and hazardous material shipping documents • Receive product-order inquiries via phone and email • Provide
