About the Role
Dual-Site Maintenance Technician | Coastal Club | Beverly Villas Lead and complete maintenance service requests,
preventive maintenance, and unit turns across both properties Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (EPA
certification required) Prioritize and manage daily work orders and emergency service needs Rotate on-call
responsibilities for after-hours service calls Ensure curb appeal, cleanliness, and safety standards are met at both
locations Collaborate closely with on-site teams and Regional Manager to manage priorities and supply needs Assist in
vendor coordination, inspections, and capital project support as needed Qualifications Experience Required: 3 years:
