Job Title: Facility Technician Location: San Jose, CA 95125 Employment Type: Contract Facilities Maintenance /

Engineering Support Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST Experience with facility maintenance and repair

activities Strong troubleshooting skills for Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems Experience performing building

inspections and preventative maintenance Experience operating forklifts, cranes, hoists, boom lifts, and other heavy

equipment Experience supporting facility upgrades, retrofits, and equipment installations Strong knowledge of facility

systems and maintenance best practices Ability to work with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders Experience
