About the Role

Emergency Dispatcher Help You will confirm the location and type of emergency to dispatch manpower and vehicles required

for the situation. You will evaluate emergency and administrative calls to determine type of response required. You will

operate a central computerized phone system console to interpret and relay emergency information. You will use a

multi-phone line communication system to transmit and receive routine and emergency calls. You will use an automated

system to input emergency and non-emergency response data for archive and immediate reference. You will prioritize

incoming calls or reports of an emergency to verify emergency resources are dispatched by severity of situation and
