About the Role
Dispatcher Coordinates radio and telephone communications to Security/Emergency/Guest Relations functions throughout the
property during the annual OC Fair event. This is a seasonal temporary position not to exceed 122 days. Essential
Functions: Answers telephones and radio-operated communications systems. Screens requests for service to determine
appropriate response by either Guest Relations department personnel, emergency and/or law enforcement personnel.
Dispatches department personnel to security, safety and/or emergency related incidences throughout the fairgrounds.
Relays information to other law enforcement agencies as needed. Acts as ambassador for the OC Fair & Event Center by
