About the Role
Fabricator – Pomona, CA Employment: Temp to Hire Industry: Manufacturing Location: Pomona, CA Schedule: 2nd shift – 4:00
PM – 12:30 AM. Training may be on 1st or 2nd shift depending on business needs. Compensation: $18.50 /hour to start.
Upon conversion to direct hire the rate is $19.98 on 1st shift, and $19.98 + $0.40 shift differential on 2nd shift.
Unionized workers are eligible for conversion after 90 days of employment and will receive a pay increase every 6 months
thereafter. Responsibilities Convert blueprints into shop drawings to be followed in the construction and assembly of
sheet metal products. Select gauges and types of metal or non-metallic material according to product specifications.
