About the Role

City Application Required* Under general supervision, performs a variety of semi-skilled and skilled tasks involved in

cleaning, maintenance, limited construction, or repair of City buildings, facilities, landscapes and parks. This

position is responsible for the Civic Center, parks, Village landscapes, facility, and grounds cleaning, repair,

construction, debris and graffiti removal, maintenance, and restroom upkeep. Additionally, the incumbent assembles and

repairs office furniture; repairs irrigation systems and maintains related timers and equipment. Also, performs snow

removal and traffic control duties as needed. A successful candidate in this position will be required to work nights,
