email address on their job application. Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Correctional Food Manager (ACFM)
the Supervising Correctional Cook is in direct charge of all food production and service from the kitchen for an
assigned shift, overseeing cooking and serving of food to the incarcerated person population, supervising sanitation,
food and supplies purchasing, maintenance of equipment, and training of staff and incarcerated persons. Please ensure
