About the Role
Dispatch & Operations Coordinate and assign delivery routes to drivers efficiently and accurately Monitor active
deliveries, driver status, and route progress in real time Ensure all orders are accepted, staged, and dispatched in
accordance with company SOPs Communicate delays, issues, or changes to drivers and management immediately Verify all
delivery documentation is complete before dispatch (IDs, manifests, receipts) Compliance & Accuracy Ensure all
deliveries comply with California DCC regulations and company policies Verify customer information, order details, and
delivery eligibility prior to dispatch Maintain accurate delivery logs, timestamps, and driver records Report any
