About the Role

Our Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal of the apartment

community. Groundskeepers perform daily property upkeep, waste management, amenity cleaning, and beautification projects

while assisting the maintenance team with general upkeep of the community. De-web building exteriors, light fixtures,

railings, signage, and other structures throughout the community. Assist with beautification efforts including

landscaping touch-ups, seasonal clean-up, and general property upkeep. Manage community waste areas including trash

rooms, dumpsters, recycling areas, and compactors. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dumpster areas and surrounding
