Position: Groundskeeper Encinitas and Escondido, California Gaines Investment Trust is hiring a Groundskeeper to support
our apartment communities in Encinitas and Escondido, California. This is a roving position responsible for maintaining
the cleanliness, curb appeal, and overall appearance of both communities.
