Groundskeeper

About the Role

Under direct supervision, the groundskeeper performs unskilled to semi-skilled work to properly maintain the community

grounds and equipment used to keep a manicured appearance. Work involves operating medium to light machinery and using

hand tools to prune trees, mow and edge lawns, remove debris, and maintain plantings. The Groundskeeper completes work

within the scheduled time frame, according to the budget, and priorities set by the supervisor. Shift: Monday- Friday,

7:00AM-3:00PM Pay: $18-$20/DOE To be successful in the role, you would have: ~2-5 years of commercial landscaping

experience ~ Landscaping such as planting and mowing grass, planting and trimming hedges and shrubbery, pruning trees,
