About the Role

Incumbent prepares surfaces and applies an appropriate finish to interior and exterior substrate of wood, paneling,

plaster, stucco, brick, block, ferrous and non-ferrous metals and drywall. Employee will exhibit experience and skill

with regards to drywall finishing. Incumbent will operate and maintain conventional and airless spray equipment

inclusive of a Wagner airless stripper. Employee will use and maintain paintbrushes, roller, ladders and scaffolding.

Skill and knowledge with state of the art painting equipment; brushes, rollers, extension poles, scaffolding, steep and

extension ladders. ~ Skill and knowledge in patching walls, ceilings, wood filling, and knowledge of various materials
