About the Role
Description The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for the overall supervision of housekeeping operations, staff, and
vendors for private residences, homeowner association common areas, and fitness centers. Major Duties Staff Management
Hire and terminate housekeeping staff for residential and common areas. Maintain paperwork for Human Resources. Manage
employee performance, behavior issues, and staff actions. Manage employee hours and overtime. Complete payroll and
timesheet review. Manage all HOA and property management housekeeping employees, as well as third-party vendors
contracted to provide housekeeping-related services. Coordinate uniform ordering and maintenance. Conduct performance
