Job Description We’re looking for an experienced HVAC & Refrigeration Preventative Maintenance Technician to perform

routine maintenance, inspections, and basic service on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate is

detail-oriented, dependable, and takes pride in keeping equipment running at peak performance. Perform scheduled

preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems Inspect belts, motors, filters, coils, drains, and

electrical connections Document all findings and recommendations in service reports Provide professional, courteous

service at all customer locations Commercial PM experience (restaurants, c-stores, retail) Familiarity with ice
