About the Role
Maintenance Operations Manager This position oversees daily maintenance operations, ensuring that all machinery,
equipment, and facilities are in optimal working condition. This role involves supervising a team of maintenance
technicians, coordinating activities, and providing technical expertise to resolve complex issues. The Maintenance
Technician will work closely with the Plant Engineer to develop maintenance schedules, troubleshoot equipment failures,
and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $24.00 - $33.00 per hour Expected
hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental, Vision & health insurance, Life insurance, Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour
