Industrial Boiler Operator
About the Role
Job Overview Operates, maintains, modifies, troubleshoots, and repairs steam boilers, and hot water generators,
distribution systems, components, and accessories. Operates and maintains Liquid Petroleum Gas Vaporizers, tanks, and
associated piping within the plants. Records data such as temperatures, pressures, hours of operation and analysis of
flue gases. Repairs and rebuilds boilers and associated equipment using portable power and hand tools when necessary.
Calibrates boiler plant instrumentation and system controls using electronic, mechanical, chemical, and electrical test
equipment. Tests and treats boiler feed water with specified chemicals. Monitors the operation of Liquid Petroleum Gas
