Maintenance Technician. Associate will provide daily support and repairs to the plant and associated general building

and ground activities. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience with Building and Grounds Maintenance Performs

routine and extensive grounds keeping maintenance and building maintenance duties on all property buildings and

facilities Makes repairs to any building fixture (walls, floor, doors, etc.) Repair damaged walls, floors, and ceilings

Completes building electrical work (i.e., new outlets, lights, minor repairs) Unclog toilets and urinals; replace toilet
