About the Role
As a Lead Supervisor and Driver, you play a vital, hands-on role in empowering individuals with developmental
disabilities to thrive in meaningful, paid work within the community. You provide dynamic instruction, coaching,
advocacy, and support that help Members build confidence, skills, and independence on the job. In this impactful
leadership role, you will supervise and motivate a five-person crew, including three New Horizons Members, as they
perform essential litter and debris removal along major highways through a CalTrans contract. You'll lead by
example-ensuring top-tier safety standards, clear communication, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced, outdoor
