About the Role
Job Description General Purpose: The Line Cook’s primary responsibility, is for the proper preparation and presentation
of all hot appetizers and entrees. He assures that all items are prepared as specified by the Chef’s recipes and
policies. Follows policies and procedures set forth by the Executive Chef. Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels
of food on the line puts away all fish, meat, produce and dry goods using FIFO system Knowledge of proper meat slicer,
Hobart mixer, robot coupe, blender, custom brand, and oven use Immediately informs Executive Chef, Kitchen Manager,
and/or F&B Director of any issues regarding proper equipment function Communicates to Executive Chef, Kitchen
