Machine Operator / Paint Prep Technician

About the Role

Job Summary: Operate mechanical equipment and machine tools to produce precision metal parts and components using a

variety of equipment including lathes, milling machines, boring machines, saws, grinders, manual machines, and numerical

controlled (CNC) machines. Read and interpret blueprints, design sketches, and technical documents to ensure proper

dimensions, tolerances, and quality standards are achieved. Clean and prepare surfaces for painting or coating

applications, including masking and taping protected areas as needed. Inspect parts before and after preparation and

machining processes to ensure compliance with company quality and production standards. Maintain inventory accuracy,
