About the Role
The Resident Maintenance (RM) Technician safely performs scheduled preventive maintenance services and repair of assets
within the facility that are managed by the KPI team contractually. The RM Technician performs customer support, ensures
maximum equipment uptime, and provides excellence in customer service. The role will also take a critical role in Root
Cause Analysis and reporting. Essential Job Duties # Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on associated assets as
directed by the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). # Provide corrective / reactive maintenance on assets
within the plant as required. # Perform root-cause analysis on asset failures with goal to prevent reoccurrence. #
