About the Role
Maintenance Technician - Facilities & Equipment The Maintenance Technician is responsible for hands-on maintenance,
troubleshooting, and repair of facility systems and specialized testing infrastructure. This role supports safe,
reliable operation of building systems and test environments through preventative maintenance, corrective actions, and
coordination with vendors and property management as needed. Facility & Equipment Maintenance Perform routine and
corrective maintenance on building systems including: Electrical systems (certification preferred) Deionized (DI) water
systems Cooling towers and chilled water loops Perform hands-on repairs and minor installations; Support maintenance
