About the Role
Salary Range: 26/hr-32/hr Workdays: Monday-Friday or Saturday-Wednesday Work Hours: 8:00 am-4:30 pm PRINCIPAL
RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the direct supervision of the Buildings & Project Manager, the Maintenance Technician performs a
variety of semi-skilled technical tasks, including the maintenance, repair and remodeling of buildings, grounds,
facilities, machinery and equipment. The Maintenance Technician must demonstrate in their performance adherence to
established policies and procedures exhibiting the defined characteristics associated with attendance and punctuality.
