About the Role

The Maintenance Fabricator is a key member of the Calbee America Madera Maintenance team and works closely with

Production and Engineering to support safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. This role is responsible for

designing, fabricating, repairing, and modifying metal components and custom solutions that support production

equipment, facility infrastructure, and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. Fabricating & Welding Cut,

shape, assemble, and finish metal and plastic components using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. Perform

TIG welding (primary), with additional MIG and stick welding as required. Fabricate custom parts, guards, frames,
