Mechanical Equipment Assembler

About the Role

Perform bench-type processes to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies, using hand tools, and

electronic and pneumatic tooling. Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign

duties and responsibilities to this job at any time. Assemble and test according to blueprints, diagrams and

specifications using hand tools, power tools, precision instruments and test equipment · Read blueprints and technical

orders to determine methods and sequence of assembly operations · Examine parts for surface defects and reports

defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor · Align, fit and assemble component parts
