About the Role

Education and/or Experience Working experience in a fastener manufacturing environment Working knowledge of nut forming

machinery and procedures Ability to inspect parts using a variety of inspection instruments; knowledge of SPC preferred

Minimum of five (5) years of experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience Skills and

Abilities Mathematical Skills: Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts, including addition, subtraction,

multiplication, division, angles, radius, ratios, and standard units of measurement Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve

practical problems and interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule‑based instructions in a standardized manufacturing
