thrives in a shop environment. Duties Operate CNC lathes and other machining equipment to produce custom parts Load
materials, secure workpieces, and follow work orders/blueprints Inspect parts to ensure they meet customer
specifications Complete basic machine maintenance and keep your work area clean Document production activity and
maintain accurate counts Support continuous improvement and assist teammates when needed Requirements Ability to read
