About the Role

Civilian Dispatcher The top step for this position is currently $68,198.36, plus an excellent benefits package! The

position will receive a 5% COLA in July 2025 and a 3% COLA in July 2026, bringing the top step to $73,756.52. The City

of Baldwin Park offers an excellent benefits package with monthly health benefits contributions, bilingual pay, training

pay, certificate pay, longevity pay, education pay, tuition reimbursement, and much more! Civilian Dispatchers are

required to work holidays and weekends, as well as evenings, night, and early morning shifts. Dispatchers will work

12.5-hour shifts plus one 10-hour payback schedule once a month. Shift rotation occurs every three (3) months (day shift
