Job Title Police Dispatcher Job Description The City of Azusa is seeking a Police Dispatcher. This position involves
receiving requests for police or other emergency services over the phone, answering 911 calls, screening incoming calls
to determine necessity, priority, and type of response required, and dispatching police units in response to calls for
service or request from officers in the field. The role also includes maintaining constant radio communication with
personnel in the field, relaying information and instructions, and providing general information to the public.
