About the Role
Police Dispatcher Lateral $3,000 at successful completion of probation $Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply
immediately. To be considered as a Police Dispatcher Lateral, applicants must be actively employed by another
POST-certified agency. Under supervision, performs a variety of duties involved in the operation of the emergency
services systems and various communication devices to receive, route, relay, and dispatch calls for emergency and
non-emergency law enforcement, ambulance, fire, and other services. Dispatcher II --Positions at this level usually
perform most of the duties required of the positions at the I level, but are expected to function at a higher skill
