Porter Beverage

About the Role

The Porter - Beverage is responsible for the deep cleaning and sanitation of the bar areas to ensure a clean, organized,

and clutter-free environment. Performs deep cleaning and sanitation of bar stations, beverage counters, equipment, and

floors. Cleans and sanitizes hoods, filters, light fixtures, exhaust vents, floor drains, and ice storage areas. Washes,

scrubs, and disinfects floor mats, shelves, countertops, and walls. Uses appropriate cleaning agents and follows safety

protocols when handling chemicals. Supports bartenders and beverage team members by ensuring workstations are clean and

stocked as needed. Verifies guest identification to ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and adheres to all ABC
