The HVAC Technician Lead is responsible for serving as the field lead and primary point of contact of coordination for a

team of HVAC Technicians, while performing hands-on installation, maintenance and repair work. This role provides

day-to-day direction, technician guidance and job-site coordination to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and

to company standards. This position does not have direct report supervisory authority, but functions as the crew leader,
