About the Role
School Bus Driver Under general supervision, operates a school vehicle in transporting children to and from school and
on special trips; and performs related work as required. Work Length: Split Shift - 193 days - 5 hours Example Of Duties
Develops the most efficient route for transportation of assigned students Drives bus along route, stops and designated
points to pick up or discharge students Maintains order and enforces rules Reports and cites for disciplinary action in
cases of extreme or repeated unruliness Reports incidents Files accident reports when necessary Makes routine safety
checks on vehicle Reports problems or equipment malfunctioning Maintains records of all trips Keeps bus clean Desirable
