Job Description Job Description Position Title: Plumber Position Status: Full Time FLSA: Non-Exempt Location: Field
Reports To: Foreman Revised: December 19, 2024 Summary: Plumbers coordinate, execute, maintain, repair and install all
types of plumbing equipment, domestic water systems, sewer systems, and related devices. Perform preventative
maintenance programs, inspections and repairs. Install new plumbing fixtures including, but not limited to sinks,
urinals, faucets, drinking fountains, and related devices. Due to the multifamily nature of field work, Plumbers provide
a high level of repetition to meet production demands on the job(s); they strive to work as a team to meet job
