Under the direction of the Equipment Maintenance Supervisor, the Equipment Maintenance Technician is responsible

performing routine and preventative maintenance on semiconductor vacuum tool sets (Veeco, AMAT Endura, Canon Anelva),

ensuring that tools are performing at optimum levels by adhering to the established maintenance schedule; resolving

equipment issues quickly and efficiently; reviewing, updating, and documenting routine maintenance guides; Performs
